About Gregory

Ivy League trained physician, epidemiologist, biostatistician, consultant and medical school/residency consultant.

I am a PGY-2 interventional radiology resident physician in Philadelphia, PA. I completed my medical school training at Dartmouth Medical School. Prior to medical school, I completed a Master of Public Health at Columbia University in applied biostatistics and epidemiology. I worked on various research projects with multiple scientific publications. Additionally, I have experience in using multiple statistical software packages (SAS, SPSS, Stata). I also performed grant writing and IRB documentation coordination for multiple studies focused on movement disorders (Parkinson's, Lewy body dementia).

Data analysis and academic writing
From my time at Columbia, I have experience in data cleaning, storage, analysis and scientific writing/editing. For a full list of publications, please see my ResearchGate profile (link below). I have also conducted qualitative research analyses including expertise with NVIVO software.

Healthcare consulting
Since joining flipMD, I have worked as a medical consultant for multiple private companies seeking the help of a physician to take their product to market (marketing, FDA approval, IRB planning, data analysis, etc.). I have experience in both clinical work (surgical intern year) as well as within all fields of radiology (including interventional radiology).

Admissions consulting
Having gone through the college/graduate/medical school admission processes, I have worked with numerous students on their application essays and overall admission strategies. I have also worked with college students applying to medical school and am a consultant for the AMCAS application, school selection, secondary essay editing and interview preparation. Since graduating from medical school, I have also worked with medical students applying to residency and am an expert in the ERAS application and how to get and prepare for residency interviews. There are many tricks and tips I have learned along the way that I would be glad to share with you.
