About Shawn

I am a board certified hospitalist attending, skilled writer, and experienced advisor ready to help you.  I attended medical school at UCSF  in a joint masters in public health program with UC Berkeley.  I hold a second public health master's degree from Harvard University, where I also was a teaching fellow.  At UCSF, I served on the admissions committee.  I also have been an editor for numerous publications, both scientific and literary, and hold a bachelor's degree in English literature from UC Berkeley.  I am excited to help you maximize your chances of achieving your desired goal!
